PEPPERMINT TONING MIST

A cooling astringent that balances the pH in your skin naturally.

Shake toning mist before use.  Best used on clean skin, spritz or apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton ball and gently apply all over face in upward motions.  Allow to dry, and follow with moisturizer.
